Kidney Disease Microcystic

Microcystic kidney disease is a relatively rare disease that manifests itself in the form of disease of the kidneys, bladder and ureter. Most often, this disease manifests itself in adults, mainly men after 35 years of age. The disease can occur in people both in the form of a severe illness with kidney damage, and in some cases it can occur completely without symptoms - the disease will not be detected at all, only during a medical examination. More often there are cases of damage to one organ or system: renal or urinary. Among the population, more than 7% are thought to suffer from the disease. In Russia, the statistics are approximately the same - more than 6% of the population. However, no one has collected an accurate diagnosis and the percentage of those who suffer from this particular disease for a long time. It should be noted that some symptoms may appear in pregnant women long before childbirth; they are often given an ultrasound examination and even hospitalized in an inpatient department, but, unfortunately, they are in vain. The diagnosis can easily be mistaken.
