Bravegil is a drug belonging to the group of H1-histamine receptor blockers. It is produced by Bryntsalov-A in Russia and has the international name Clemastin. The drug is also known under the synonyms Clemastine fumarate, Rivtagil and Tavegil.

Bravegil is available in two dosage forms: 0.1% injection solution and 1 mg tablets. The active substance of the drug is clemastine. The drug is intended for the treatment of diseases such as hay fever, allergic rhinitis, skin itching, urticaria, eczema and other dermatoses accompanied by skin itching, reactions caused by insect bites, angioedema, anaphylactic shock.

Despite its effectiveness, Bravegil has a number of contraindications, including hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, its use in children under 1 year of age, as well as in women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
