Brovkina Method

Brovkin's method

The Brovkin method is a technique proposed by the Soviet obstetrician-gynecologist Brovkin to facilitate labor and reduce pain in women in labor.

The technique includes a set of special breathing exercises that allow a woman to relax during contractions and help the natural movement of the fetus along the birth canal. The key is to take a slow, deep breath in through your nose during a contraction, followed by a long, smooth exhale through your mouth.

This breathing allows you to avoid excessive muscle tension, optimize the functioning of the uterus, improve blood supply to the fetus and relieve psycho-emotional stress in the mother. This contributes to timely and safe delivery.

Brovkin’s technique is widely used in Russian and foreign maternity hospitals and is recommended as one of the most effective methods of pain relief for natural childbirth.

The Brovkin method is a method developed by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor D.P. Brovkin, who is a Soviet obstetrician-gynecologist. This method is used to treat various gynecological diseases, such as inflammatory processes, infections, menstrual irregularities, etc.

The Brovkin method involves the use of special drugs that are introduced into the uterine cavity through a catheter. These drugs contain hormones, vitamins and other components that help restore normal functioning of the uterus and ovaries.

Brovkina's method is based on the principle of hormone therapy, when hormonal drugs are used to normalize the menstrual cycle. This method is highly effective and is widely used in gynecology.

However, before starting treatment, it is necessary to conduct an examination and ensure that there are no contraindications. It is also necessary to follow all doctor's recommendations and follow the instructions for using the medications.
