Introduction Plague bubo of the first order is one of the signs that accompanies the spread of plague. Plague bubo is the main symptom of the disease and occurs in 80% of cases. The pathogen enters the bloodstream and then spreads lymphogenously along the lymphatic tract, thereby forming secondary buboes. In the article we will consider a 2nd order bubo (BOP).

ChBPO ChBpo is formed due to infection of the lymph node of the primary plague bubo. For its formation, the pathogen must get from the primary lymphoid node to the next one along the course.
