Büdinger

Büdinger-Ludloff-Leven disease is a chronic disease of the knee joint that can lead to serious complications such as limited mobility and pain. The cause of this disease is aseptic necrosis of the articular cartilage of the iliac bone of the patella. This occurs due to disruption of the blood supply to the cartilage and its subsequent death.

Symptoms of the disease include knee pain, stiffness, swelling, decreased range of motion, and difficulty walking. If treatment is not started on time, the disease can progress and lead to a fracture.
