Bundle Of His

Bundle of His - a bundle of cells of the cardiac conduction system extending from the atrioventricular node through the atrioventricular septum towards the ventricles. At the top of the interventricular septum it branches into right and left legs leading to each ventricle. The legs branch in the thickness of the ventricular myocardium into thin bundles of conducting muscle fibers (Purkinje fibers). The His bundle transmits excitation from the atrioventricular (atrioventricular) node to the ventricles.

**Introduction** To form the heart from one mesenchymal rudiment - the thoracobranchial clot - the liver, trachea, esophagus, thymus, lungs and common vessels are later adjacent to it from the side of the primary germ layers. At birth, the human body consists of 3 parts: the cranium, the trunk and the limbs. In an adult, the heart plays one of the most important roles in the body, ensuring the functioning of the entire cardiovascular system. The weight of a newborn's heart is only about 24 g, which is less than 1% of body weight. It's all thanks

In this article we will look at the His bundle - a complex system of conducting cells of the heart muscle that perform an important function in transmitting excitation to the heart.

The bundle of His is one of the components of the conduction system of the heart. It consists of nerve cells that are located in the ventricles and
