**Burdenko-Kramerin syndrome:** It is a scientifically known fact that syndromes occur not only in individual cases of diseases, but also manifest themselves in the form of pathological conditions of the body. One of these common syndromes is Burdenko-Cramer syndrome (BCS). RKS, or Burdenko red leukemia, is a genetic disease characterized by the appearance of leukemia cells in the blood and bone marrow. In the complex, SCM is accompanied by the presence of frequent infectious diseases, severe allergic reactions and anemia. This syndrome has not been sufficiently studied today, and therefore the reasons for its development and treatment methods have not yet been definitively determined.
