CardiASK: Russian anti-inflammatory drug based on acetylsalicylic acid

CardiASK (also known as acetylsalicylic acid) is an anti-inflammatory drug produced in Russia and used for various diseases. It belongs to the group of salicylic acid derivatives and is widely known for its analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties.

CardiASK is produced by Canonpharma Production in Russia and has the international name "Acetylsalicylic acid". It is also known by various synonyms, including HL-Pain, Anopyrin, Apo-Asa, Aspecard, Aspivatrin, Aspicor, Aspilite, Aspirin and others.

The dosage form of CardiASK is represented by enteric-coated tablets. Two dosages are available: 100 mg and 50 mg.

The main active substance of CardiASK is acetylsalicylic acid. It has a wide range of uses and can be used to treat a variety of conditions. Indications for use include rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, infectious-allergic myocarditis, fever in infectious and inflammatory diseases and pain of various etiologies. CardiASK is also used for the prevention of thrombosis and thromboembolism, secondary prevention of myocardial infarction, treatment of coronary heart disease, unstable angina, cardiac arrhythmias and other cardiovascular diseases.

Before using CardiASK, it is necessary to take into account contraindications. It is not recommended for hypersensitivity to the drug, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract in the acute phase, gastrointestinal bleeding and “aspirin” asthma. Its use should also be avoided in case of bleeding disorders, vitamin K deficiency, severe renal failure, in the first trimester of pregnancy and during lactation. CardiASA should be used with caution in patients with gout, liver disease and in children under 12 years of age with hyperthermia due to viral infections.
