Water scabies

Water scabies is a type of scabies caused by parasitic worms of the family Ankylostomidae, commonly referred to as Ankylostoosmi. These worms penetrate the skin and cause severe itching. Water scabies is one of the most common health problems associated with parasitic infections.

Symptoms of garlic water infestation include severe itching, especially at night and in the morning, and the appearance of red papules on the skin. The itching may be constant or intermittent and worsens when in contact with water. General symptoms of the disease, such as weakness and fatigue, are also observed.

Diagnosis involves identifying parasitic worms that are found in hair follicles or dermal sores on the patient's skin. This involves taking a skin biopsy and microscopic examination of the sample. Treatment is carried out with antiparasitic drugs.
