Choriomeningitis

Bacterial chorireningitis is a serious infectious disease that can be fatal. It develops as a result of infection with bacteria that cause inflammation of the meninges and spread through the blood throughout the body.

Bacteria enter the human body through the respiratory tract, contact with infected objects and food. Chorioreninitis is a highly contagious disease and can be spread by close contact with a sick person or contaminated environmental objects. For example, hospitals are often spreaders of chorireninthia, since the spread of infection is often due to improper care of sick patients. People with chronic lung diseases such as asthma or tuberculosis may be especially vulnerable to infection.
