Deep Sensitivity
Deep sensitivity is an ability to deeply feel and experience emotions, thoughts and ideas in a way that others may not be able to understand or relate to. It is a state where one's inner self is open to the world around them, allowing them to be more receptive to their surroundings and others. Although this state may seem like an idealistic aspiration, deep sensitivity can actually be quite beneficial for individuals.
One of the most obvious benefits of deep sensitivity is that it helps one connect with others in ways that many may find difficult or unattainable. Being aware of others’ feelings and expressions, and responding with sensitivity can help people build trust, relationships and understanding on a deeper level. As a result, many activities become more enjoyable, since the person may be more engaged and fulfilled. Deep sensitivity also helps individuals cope with inevitable struggles - many people feel less isolated when they realize that they are not alone in the struggle, but rather one
