**Clitoral head**
The head of the clitoris (lat. glans clātoris, from glans - mushroom-shaped tubercle) is a small structural part of the upper part of the clitoris.
The glans is the most sensitive part of the clitoris, most often shaped like a mushroom (hence the name), at the base of the glans is the genital fold of the clitoris. The head is connected to the urethra by a sensitive nerve ending in the spinal cord, which causes orgasm during vaginal stimulation. Inside the glans, the clitoris is a bulb, and the urethra passes through it. In other words, the head can cause orgasm in many women.
I tried to explain it clearly enough. I hope I could help.
