Side effects: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hepatotoxicity, drowsiness, tremor, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, alopecia.

Interaction: enhances the effect of other anticonvulsants and sedatives. Increases the risk of liver damage and bleeding when used together with other drugs.
