Diagnosis Histological

Histological diagnosis is a scientific conclusion based on a microscopic examination of biopsy (taken for cancer) or surgical (obtained from tumors of another type) material, which allows you to determine the primary morphological type of the tumor, identify its special forms or variants, and also carry out morphological and immunohistochemical confirmation of the malignancy of the neoplasm.

Histology is the science of tissues of living organisms. She studies the structure of cells, their composition and functions in the body. As a result of histological examination of tumor tissue, an accurate diagnosis is made - a diagnosis based on the structure of the tissues (histological).

During the histological research method, it is possible to obtain answers about such important indicators as: - density and prevalence of tumor cells; - growth pattern; - the existence of signet ring cells, etc. - the presence of calcified and calcified cell fields.

It should be noted that the interpretation of histological data directly depends on the qualifications of the specialist. The doctor-researcher must have certain experience and be well acquainted with pathological anatomy - the science of changes in the structures and vital functions of tissues under the influence of various factors. Often, the doctor is faced with the task of making a conclusion based on the interpretation of histology tests about what the patient is sick with and what treatment is necessary. Histology processes the results of not only morphological, but also other types of research and diagnostic studies of biological material. Medical specialists of various levels - clinical laboratory research specialists - are also required to carry out the analysis. Their main function is to create accurate, often unique methods for interpreting data obtained using histology.
