Diathesis Spasmophilic

Diathesis is a human disease that occurs as a result of various combinations of hereditary predisposition, age, endocrine and other factors. Spasmodic diathesis, according to the classification of A. I. Studeniki-Kaminsky and L. N. Lukyanova (1975), are of an infectious-allergic nature, they are based on the progressive phenomena of “breakdown” allergic diathesis, recurrent infection, mainly staphylococcal. A patient is diagnosed when a combination of a chronic respiratory infection with the manifestation of an allergic pathology is detected. The causative agents are Staphylococcus aureus or a combination of staphylococcus with other microorganisms. A polar picture is observed - in one case, manifestations of diathesis predominate (usually with staphyloderma), in the other - a picture of a systemic disease (interstitial pneumonia, bronchial asthma are common).
