Side effects: dyspepsia, headache, allergic reactions.
Interactions: enhances the effect of anticoagulants, reduces the effect of diuretics. Use with caution with other NSAIDs.
Overdose: symptomatic treatment is required.
Special instructions: take orally 30 minutes before meals, monitor liver function and hematopoiesis during long-term use.
Contraindicated for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Use with caution in elderly patients.
