Dictocracy (gr.) is a government system where supreme power belongs to a dictator. Translated from Greek, “dictator” means “writer of laws.” The appearance of this term is associated with the interest in issues of government that arose in ancient times. It was characteristic of this period that most policies had not yet developed a stable state system, and in connection with the growth of the country's population and the expansion of political relations, a special political regime arose in which the supreme political power was exercised by one
