Dosage forms: concentrate for the preparation of infusion solution 200 mg
Ingredients: Active ingredient - dopamine.
Indications for use: Shock of various origins, incl. cardiogenic, postoperative, infectious-toxic, anaphylactic, hypovolemic (only after restoration of blood volume), acute cardiovascular and renal failure, arterial hypotension. Poisoning (to enhance diuresis and accelerate xenobiotic excretion).
Contraindications: Pheochromocytoma, thyrotoxicosis, severe heart rhythm disturbances, peripheral vascular disease (with obliteration), prostate adenoma, bronchial asthma, pregnancy.
Side effects: Nausea, vomiting, headache, anxiety, tremor, heart rhythm disturbances, angina pectoris, spasm of peripheral arteries, pain in the limbs, arterial hypertension, if it gets under the skin - necrosis.
Interaction: Enhances the effects of sympathomimetics, MAO, diuretics. Incompatible with ergot alkaloids (increases the risk of gangrene).
Overdose: Cardiac arrhythmias, tachycardia, renal vasoconstriction.
