Dreyfus syndrome is a hereditary disease, predominantly male, characterized by the appearance of secondary age spots, dysplastic facial features and delayed mental and physical development of patients. However, with age, these disorders progress, which leads to intellectual disability and mental disorders, manifested in memory disorders, decreased social activity, and difficulties communicating with other people [1, 2].
