The matter from which the jarab arises is either blood matter mixed with yellow bile and almost converted into black bile or partially converted into black bile, or matter mixed with salty mucus, which has the properties of bavrak. With the first variety, it is a dry jarab, and its matter is dry, thick, and with the second, it is a wet jarab, and its matter is moist, liquidish. Most often, jarab arises from the consumption of salty, sharp and bitter things, hot spices and the like; a rash that occupies a large area on the body also refers to wet jarab. If all the pimples rise and protrude more strongly and their heads are sharper, then the jarab juice is sharper, and if they are wider and sunken, then the juice is less sharp.
The causes of the origin of the jaraba matter are the reasons for the origin of the scabies matter, but only they are stronger and closer to the causes of herpes, safa, dandruff and lichen, and these diseases are close in terms of treatment. The difference between jarab and scabies is that with scabies, in most cases, there are no pimples, as with jarab, because it comes from a more liquid, scanty matter that has some saltiness. In addition, this matter is calm and motionless; it is locked in the skin, where nature, blockage and insufficient cleanliness of the pores have driven it out, and it remains there either due to the weakness of the expelling force, as happens in old people and at the end of the disease, especially if the matter is abundant or thick, or from bad food, which generates bad, caustic chyme, for example, from salty, spicy and similar substances. Or it comes from bad digestion, which is promoted by such food.
Scabies sometimes leaves pityriasis-like crusts on the body that do not go deep at all. Senile scabies does not respond well to treatment, and only careful care helps. Also know that scaly jarab and lichen become more frequent in the fall.
Generally speaking, scabies matter accumulates between two layers of skin, and if there is anything like that in the body itself, then it means dry jarab. Sweets give rise to scabies and jarab pimples most often occur between the fingers, since they are weaker by nature. A huge, excessive jarab leaves a wound that turns into lichen or safa and does little harm, and sikanjubin helps if abrasions are not feared.
