Endoaortitis

Endaartitis is an inflammatory disease of the aorta and its branches, which is characterized by damage to the inner lining (endothelium), the muscular wall of the artery and adventitia. This is a rare disease that can be caused by bacterial infection, atherosclerosis, trauma, allergies and other factors.

Symptoms of endoartitis may include acute or chronic pain in the heart, chest, back and abdomen. In some cases, there is an increase in temperature and an increase in heart rate. As the disease progresses, symptoms of heart failure may occur, such as swelling, shortness of breath, and congestive weakness.

Treatment of endoartitis includes the use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, anticoagulants, bloodletting and other treatments depending on the severity of the disease. Surgery may be necessary if serious complications occur or treatment fails.

To prevent endaarnitis, regular examination by a doctor is recommended, including blood tests, ultrasound examination of the aorta, and monitoring of blood pressure and cholesterol levels. People who are at risk of the disease should follow a diet and avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
