Enteral syndrome
Enteralgia syndrome is a condition in which constant pain occurs in the navel area. The pain can be either constant or paroxysmal. In many cases, the symptoms of an attack are similar to intestinal paresis due to irritable bowel syndrome and sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. Along with pain, patients complain of a feeling of emptiness, fullness, periodic rumbling in the stomach, flatulence with mucus in the stool, and unstable stool.
