Savitsky Method

Savitsky method: innovative therapy developed by Soviet therapist N.N. Savitsky

The Savitsky method is an innovative approach to therapy developed by the Soviet therapist N.N. Savitsky in the first half of the 20th century. This method is based on the use of physical exercises and mechanical influence on certain points on the human body. Even though this method was developed more than 70 years ago, it is still actively used in modern medicine.

Savitsky began his career as a doctor in Moscow in the 1920s. He was interested in researching new treatments and began experimenting with the use of exercise to help patients with various diseases. Over time, he developed his own method, based on mechanical influence on points on the human body, which he called “active points.”

According to Savitsky, active points on the human body are associated with various organs and systems in the body. Through massage, exercise and other mechanical influences on these points, you can stimulate the functioning of the organs and systems associated with them, which can lead to improved health.

Savitsky claimed that his method could help treat a wide range of diseases, including back pain, headaches, stomach and intestinal problems, arthritis and many others. He also claimed that his method could help improve overall health and energy levels in patients.

Savitsky conducted extensive research on his method and published the results of his research in scientific journals. During his research, he also developed special exercises and massage techniques to stimulate hot spots on the body.

Savitsky continued to work on his method until his death in 1960. However, his legacy lives on and his method is still used in medicine around the world. Many practices based on the Savitsky method are included in modern treatments such as acupuncture and massage, and continue to attract the attention of researchers and doctors who are looking for new ways to treat diseases.

The Savitsky method is one of the actively used therapeutic methods.

Author Savitsky N.N. was born in the 19th century, but developed his method in the second half of the last century. It was devoted to the problems of studying medicine based on the use of non-drug treatment methods. Savitsky was in constant search of new techniques and did not limit himself to anything unusual. It was found that the Savitsky method is based on rational therapy and also eliminates psychological problems. This method complements drug treatment, but can be used on its own. In many cases, self-healing occurs without the use of drugs.
