Granulomatous inflammation occurs in many organs and tissues, especially in connective tissue. Granulation epidural ependymatitis is a form of inflammation that can affect the ependyma of the brain, the so-called spinal cord process, which forms a tough serous covering around and under the spinal cord. This process occurs either after an acute or chronic infection within the CNS in the absence of treatment, or is the outcome of severe damage to the CNS when the infection does not remain and the infection itself becomes secondary.
Symptoms of granulomatous ependymitis may include headache, fever, muscle
