Erythremia Acute

Erythremic acute

Erythremic acute (or acute leukemia) is a clinical and hematological syndrome for bone marrow cancer of various forms and with features of the course of the disease determined by the state of the blood and lymphatic system. As a result of hyperproliferation of maturing and “young” bone marrow cells, the number of cellular elements in the bloodstream and the content of peripheral blood increases. The number of immature cells reaches hyperleukocytosis to blasts, but usually amount to 50 to 9 cells/l. There is effusion in serous fluids, fever and inflammatory changes. Histologically, this disorder is associated with bone proliferation with a significant increase in leukocyte levels and hematopoietic hypoplasia in the bone marrow with secondary infiltration of granulocytes (immature).
