Erythrokeratoma is one of the names of the term erythrokeroderma or erythroceramic disease. It is characterized by the appearance of bright red warts on the skin in various parts of the body. Most often, patients develop several or multiple elements of different sizes at once, which affects the determination of the exact etiology of the disease. The presence of the disease is not associated with age, gender or location. Often people suffer from hereditary factors that affect a specific group of cells. When several elements are combined (on different groups of skin), doctors determine the diagnosis of erythrokeroma costa. Education can occur either acute or chronic and proceeds depending on the neglect. As the defects grow, the erythroma rapidly progresses, and the formations can only be gotten rid of through surgical excision. The resulting crust changes with active walking, causing erosion and infection. A favorable outcome can be achieved with early consultation with a doctor and removal of the growths.
Name of the disease: **Erythrokeratoderma variable figure**.
Classification: P. B. Conradi and S. I. Astrov, 2003
The main reasons for the development of the disease are genetic and autoimmune factors. Usually the disease appears in people after 30-40 years of age. **Clinic**
* The rash primarily affects the lower extremities (inner thighs, knees). It is often one-sided. In appearance it resembles small round red moles measuring 0.5 - 1.0 cm. Their surface is smooth. Some elements of the rash merge, forming spots that occupy an area of 2.5% of the entire surface of the body. The rash is usually not itchy and slightly painful. They can be located both subcutaneously and on the surface of the stratum corneum of the epidermis and hair, on the palms and soles. Changes in the skin are symmetrical. Subsequently, constant itching occurs. * A feature of the lesion in men is sexual dysfunction and erectile dysfunction. If the rash affects only the lower abdomen, then there is no inflammatory process in the external genitalia; and if the rashes are located on the entire abdomen, an inflammatory process of the vagina occurs. In patients, the mucous membrane of the bladder and intestines may be simultaneously damaged. The functioning of the intestines and pancreas is disrupted. Dysfunction of the nervous system is accompanied by convulsions, memory impairment, motor agitation, and a sharp decrease in body weight. * Increased fatigue, sleep disturbance, soreness and swelling
