Ewerta Symptom

Yuerta is the genesis of breech presentation of the fetus, one of the reasons for the removal of the head with a favorable vestibular position of the fetus. It was first observed in a small child in 1894 and later described by J. Serier for adult patients. The discovery of the symptom is associated with the name of the Swiss neurologist J. Herv. In Russia - Taskin, N.D. Kuznetsov (“Anomalies of presentations after abortions,” Hygiene, No. XIII, Leningrad, 1931).
