Fascia Obturator

Fascia 22 is a group of connective tissue sheaths found between muscles, ligaments, or around joints. Fascia muscle, then towards the lower limb, forming a sheath covering the labia majora. It moves inward, protruding above the perineum and forming the perineal perineophysis. Most of the fascia that forms around the penis surrounds it dorsally on the sides, lengthening and tying into a supporting capsule enclosing the penis and urethra.
