Fatigue Color

Color fatigue is a visual sensation that appears as a result of prolonged reading or working at a monitor. Fatigue causes colors to be seen differently, closer and further away from the eyes. This may be due to various reasons, for example, lack of lighting, incorrectly selected interior colors, monotony of the computer screen, artificial lighting and much more. Fatigue in the digital world should be given close attention, otherwise over time it will lead to the development of serious diseases.

Color fatigue occurs during prolonged reading of books, browsing the Internet, playing games, or reading an e-book. But if you do not pay attention to this ailment, then some of the consequences appear: headaches, pressure changes, eye fatigue, eye redness, lacrimation. Any bright, bold or flashy colors, glare from screens, sparkling tablecloths can have an impact. The load is too strong.
