Headache, migraine, dizziness, depression, minor chorea, pain in the mammary glands, chloasma or melasma, intolerance to contact lenses, arterial hypertension, thrombosis, peripheral edema, changes in body weight, changes in libido and cramps in the muscles of the lower extremities are also possible.

When using Femoston 2/10, possible interactions with other drugs should be taken into account. Some drugs, such as barbiturates, phenytoin, rifampicin and carbamazepine, may reduce the estrogenic effect of the drug.
