In the fight for the life of the wounded and reducing the likelihood of complications among the lightly wounded, the hospital must correctly determine the type of its hospital, its place in relation to the defense line, the direction of flows of the wounded depending on their state of health, the organization of evacuation routes, their time, and continuous monitoring and careful maintaining accounting documentation. To assess the patient’s condition, an examination is carried out, complaints are clarified, and a family history is collected. Research helps make a first impression about the type, severity, nature and possible cause of the disease, and the possibility of providing assistance at a particular stage of movement.

However, they have a significant drawback, the main one being that they are unable to treat severe injuries and serious illnesses requiring hospital treatment.
