Phlegmon Brown

Cellulitis or flambillemos is a complication of deep wounds that occurs due to the penetration of pyogenic bacteria (most often anaerobic) into the tissue and their rapid reproduction under the influence of oxygen. The infection causes purulent-necrotic changes in the skin and underlying tissues and is accompanied by severe pain and fever. Often, phlegmon is accompanied by necrosis of soft tissues with the development of severe symptoms of intoxication and local signs.
