Franz Shin

Franz Schin is a famous German surgeon whose achievements in medicine were awarded the Louis Wilma Prize, a prestigious medical award in Germany. Sheen was born in Germany in 1904 and began his medical career at a hospital in Zurich, Switzerland. A few years later, he received a doctorate in surgery from the University of Heidelberg, after which he went on to study medicine at the University of Florence in Italy. In 1938, Frank Schin joined the Nazi Party and was appointed as a military doctor, participating in military campaigns during World War II. After the armistice, Sheen was offered a position at a military hospital in Berlin. He worked in this position until Germany defected to the Allied side, after which he was forced to leave his post. Frank Schin continued to practice medicine after the end of the war, working as a surgeon in various German hospitals and institutions. In 1954, Franz Schin received the German national award, the Ludwig Wilma Prize, for his services to the development of surgery. This prize has become one of the most prestigious medical awards in the country.
