Hello! Today I want to share with you information about a condition called hypertension, or, to put it simply, high blood pressure. Geisbecke hypertension is high blood pressure. You know that the most ordinary person has a blood pressure that is: the upper value is about 120 mm Hg. Art., lower - about 80 mm Hg. But hypertension appears when, in order to maintain a normal level of pressure and the functioning of organs and systems in the body, higher pressure arises.
The cause of hypertension, as a rule, is a malfunction of the heart - excessive tension in its muscles. After all, it is the disruption of the heart muscle that creates pressure in our circulatory system. When this failure occurs, the blood becomes filled with excessive amounts of oxygen. The organ feels weak and continues to work not as efficiently as it should. But here another factor intervenes - an increase in the concentration of intravascular fluid. This, in turn, increases the volume of blood in the system, and even in advanced cases - up to 25% of the total blood volume.
Many new factors immediately appear that provoke a state of excessive increase in tension of the heart muscle. First of all, it's age. Most adults over 35 years of age experience periodic episodes of hypertension. Another additional factor influencing hypertension is the systematic use of alcohol, drugs, and unhealthy diet. And you will probably already have your own attitude towards this last point. Of course, alcohol contains many harmful components, but in small doses it gives us pleasure. If you, for example, drink a few glasses of red wine, it will help you relax after a hard day at work. More
