Posthepatitis hemolysis

Hemolysis after hepatitis is a pathology in which an abnormally large number of red blood cells are present in the blood and a prolonged loss of hemoglobin. As a result, anemia may develop. Sometimes hemolysis occurs in common infectious diseases. There is also a variant of primary hemolysis. It is also called Mark-Kuhn disease or the non-infectious form. The disease does not depend on liver inflammation.
