Hemorrhagic Body

Symptom of acute abdomen

Hemorrhages are acutely developing internal hemorrhages, the cause of which is most often a violation of the permeability of the vascular wall during strenuous physical work, mechanical damage, or bleeding not noticed in time. They can arise or intensify under the influence of emotional and physical stress, accompanied by increased blood pressure, too fast movements, severe shaking of the body, etc.

The external manifestation of acute hemorrhagic gastritis can be of varying intensity from slight hyperemia of the mucous membrane to pronounced areas of necrosis, serous-bloody discharge from the vagina in cows. When examined by palpation, you can detect sharp pain and rumbling in the epigastric region, and with the development of the inflammatory process, swelling, intestinal spasms, increased peristalsis, and pain throughout the abdomen. Gangrenous appendicitis in cattle has a high mortality rate. In the affected organ, inflammatory changes occur simultaneously in three variants - hemorrhagic, purulent and edematous with mucous and catarrhal phenomena. With a pronounced picture of inflammation with serous exudate, an accumulation of toxins occurs in the abdominal cavity, formed from decayed neutrophil granulocytes and plasma. Exudate of inflammatory origin appears as a consequence of the development of dehydration with drying of the exudate. As a result of the accumulation of fluid in the peritoneum, the inflammatory process begins to predominate
