Chills

Chills are a sensation that is expressed in the appearance of a feeling of cold and slight trembling throughout the body. It most often occurs without any objective reasons, but can also be a consequence of emotional experiences, stress and lack of sleep. Often accompanied by general weakness, headache, dizziness or loss of appetite. Depending on the cause of numbness in the arms and legs, several groups of such conditions can be distinguished. Among them you can find physiological and psychological reasons. Physiological reasons include: sudden changes in body temperature, hypothermia, stress, lack of sleep, overwork, fatigue and others. And emotional factors among the causes of chills are observed less frequently. It can occur with fear, nervous tension, panic attacks, depression and other conditions.
