Composition - Active ingredient - tamoxifen.
Indications for use: Breast cancer, especially in menopausal women, endometrial cancer, anovulatory infertility, oligospermia, pituitary tumors, kidney cancer, soft tissue sarcoma.
Contraindications - Pregnancy, thrombophlebitis. Restrictions on use: Leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, hypercalcemia.
Side effects - Gastrointestinal disorders (anorexia, nausea, vomiting), dizziness, skin rash, hypercalcemia, thrombocytopenia, moderate metrorrhagia, thrombosis, possibly increased body temperature, clouding of the cornea, retinal degeneration.
Interaction - Cytostatics increase the risk of thrombosis.
Overdose - Symptoms: increased adverse reactions. Treatment: symptomatic therapy.
