Hydrohematocele

Hydrohematocel is an accumulation of blood between the layers of the vaginal membrane in the pelvic floor from a damaged parenchymal organ of the perineal cavities.

Most often (in 80-85% of cases) a traumatic uterine rupture is detected as a source of blood. Most authors indicate that in case of a fracture not of the body or cervix, but only of the vagina, the rupture is accompanied by minor hemorrhage
