Hygienic Standard

Introduction

A hygienic standard is a minimum or maximum value of an indicator, an acceptable level of exposure, which is a regulator of human health and the state of environmental objects, subject to which there is no harmful effect on human health and the ecosystem as a whole.

Indicators of hygienic standards as economic indicators reflect the current requirements to ensure the preservation of the physical and mental health of the population and living conditions. On the other hand, their negative impact on the economic development of the country turns out to be limited and relatively low.

Tasks:

1. Give a general concept of a hygienic standard and its place in the system of legislation on protecting the health of citizens. 2. Give examples of hygienic (sanitary) standards in various fields (ecology, industry, medicine, etc.) and assess their effectiveness in practice. 3. Consider specific mechanisms for establishing hygienic standards and their goals. 4. Analyze the problems of applying hygienic standards in practice in the Russian Federation and possible ways to solve them. 5. Designate the place of social and hygienic examination and product quality control (in terms of compliance with hygienic standards) in the general system of quality control of consumer products, to which all consumers of the Russian Federation have the right. 6. Using examples of laws of the Russian Federation, suggest ways to further improve legislation on hygiene, sanitary standards and product quality. 7. Draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of this form of regulatory system for protecting the environment and health of the population of the Russian Federation and, accordingly, determine its place in the state mechanism for managing the environment and public health. 8. Characterize hygienic standards as a problem of environmental legislation, giving an idea of ​​the established nature of the relationship in society between ecology and hygiene, and the need to rethink them taking into account modern ideas about the dangers of the environment. 9. Justify the need and relevance of environmental regulation from the standpoint of more optimal regulation of environmental management, the most careful attitude towards nature and human interests in this area. 10. Determine the basic approaches to the development and implementation of a universal regulatory system for optimizing the relationship between humanity and nature, which consists in the combined use and mutual influence of regulatory structures used in the system of integrated environmental and socio-economic modeling of the environmental situation: 11. Establish the fundamental provisions of this issue with focusing on the features of the economic effect from the implementation of regulatory efforts; 12. Develop criteria for the formation of environmental benefits of human society as a link with cultural experience and diet
