Hypotonic

Hypotension (low blood pressure) is a medical term that refers to a condition when the inferior vena cava (which carries blood to the heart and lungs) does not work properly. Because of this, blood cannot circulate properly throughout the body, resulting in low blood pressure and low oxygen levels in the blood.

Many people can experience hypotension under a variety of conditions. Some people are simply born with hypotension, while others may develop it due to fatigue, tension, stress, lack of sleep, poor diet or other reasons.

Symptoms of hypotension may include dizziness, weakness, headache, low blood pressure, fatigue, fainting, loss of appetite and difficulty concentrating. People with hypotension are usually advised to monitor their blood pressure and blood oxygen levels by taking steps to manage symptoms, such as changing their sleep and rest patterns, eating healthy foods, increasing exercise, etc.
