Hirschfeld Senile Adenoma of the Sebaceous Glands

Hirschfeld's senile sebaceous adenomatosis (GSTJ), also known as hypermedian hyperplasia or primary sebaceous hyperplasia, is a benign disease of the sebaceous glands (external hairs on the skin) and sinus glands characterized by irregular histology, a fibrous component, or sometimes a non-citrucalcide component. Benign neoplasms of glandular tissue predominate almost exclusively over malignant ones. The prognosis depends on the clinical disease, but is usually favorable, even with large tumors. In its development
