Monkey pinch, also called hereditary contractural arachnodactyly syndrome, is a rare congenital hereditary disorder characterized by abnormal development of the hands and feet. This disease manifests itself in early childhood and can lead to serious impairment of hand movement and function. This disease also has another name - Hudson-Milroy disease or Duchenne-Arena syndrome.
