For example, it is not recommended for impaired renal and hepatic function, genetic deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, tachyarrhythmia, closed-angle glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, suppression of bone marrow hematopoiesis, intestinal obstruction, megacolon, collapse, acute porphyria, chronic heart failure in the stage of decompensation and others.
