Grigo Method

Grigault Method (French biochemist, orig. Grigault, lat. 1876 - 1940) - French biochemist of Soviet origin. In the 20th century, the Grigo Method made a huge contribution to the development of biochemistry and molecular biology, participating in many scientific studies and publications in leading journals. Griego has created several innovative methods in the field of analysis of biological samples.

One of Griego's most significant achievements was the creation of a method for the quantitative spectrophotometric determination of proteins, commonly known as the DMS method. This method helped scientists conduct accurate and reliable studies of the amino acid sequences of proteins, which became a key moment in the development of molecular biotechnology.

Another important achievement of Griego was the development of a method for separating nucleic acids, which was known as the Keeling-Griego method. Using this method, scientists could quickly and accurately analyze gene sequences, allowing genetic analysis to be carried out quickly and reliably. This discovery had far-reaching implications for the study of genes and their influence on genetic diseases.

In addition, Griego developed a method of liquid chromatography, which greatly simplified the process of analyzing complex biochemical samples. This method has improved the efficiency and speed of analysis and has become one of the most popular methods in biochemistry.
