A hernia of the obturator muscle is a protrusion and exit of the latter through the obturator fissure, which is located between the femur and the sacrum. The right part of such a protrusion can even reach the abdomen. In rare cases, more than one obturator muscle comes out at the same time. In medicine, such a pathology is called complete GSM, and if only one muscle comes out - incomplete GSM.
