Composition - Active ingredient - histamine.
Indications for use: Polyarthritis, articular and muscular rheumatism, allergic diseases, migraine, pain caused by damage to peripheral nerves. Diagnosis of hypersecretory conditions of the stomach.
Contraindications - Severe heart disease, severe hypertension, hypotension or vascular dystonia, pheochromocytoma, diseases of the respiratory tract, especially the bronchi, incl. history, uncompensated renal dysfunction, pregnancy, breastfeeding, childhood.
Side effects - Headache (continuous or severe), hypertension, hypotension (dizziness or fainting), nervousness, tachycardia, flushing or facial flushing, convulsions, difficulty breathing, bronchospasm. At high doses: cyanosis, blurred vision, shortness of breath, discomfort or pain in the chest, a sharp decrease in blood pressure, severe diarrhea, severe nausea and vomiting, cramps in the abdomen or stomach area, gastrointestinal disorders similar to symptoms of a peptic ulcer due to increased acid secretion , metallic taste, swelling or redness at the injection site with subcutaneous administration (triple response - erythema + wheal + inflammatory hyperemia).

Overdose - Treatment: maintaining the airway and (if necessary) using mechanical ventilation and oxygen, applying a temporary tourniquet near the injection site to slow absorption into the blood, administering antihistamines, 0.3-0.5 mg of epinephrine hydrochloride.
