Holodysphrenia

"HOLODYSPHRENIA" Holodysphrenia, or otherwise hypersystematic phrenia, is a severe mental anomaly, including disorders of thinking, perception and speech. The idiotic, marasmic, hallucinatory and delusional nature of the disorders is noted. Holodysphrenia is a poorly studied and explained form of mental disorder, characterized by widespread confusion in the perception of the surrounding world and imagination. The name of the disease is literally translated as a disorder associated with altered desire. The study of hunger dysphrenia is difficult due to the fact that many mentally ill people with this form of the disease are not inclined to attract the attention of others, do not make contact with medical workers and other people, and exhibit strange behavior. The hyperstematic form of disorders does not manifest itself with clear symptoms of the decompensated form. The disease is characteristic of older people, mainly men. Among the group of patients, working, active age predominates. The main condition for the emergence of holodysphria is the prolonged fixation of the people’s psyche on a narrowly focused problem, a reckless obsession with it. Several forms of the disease are observed: alcoholic, fungal, menopausal, psychopathic, caused by erroneous behavior of the patient, feminist, psychotic, suicidal and menopausal. There are also cases of hereditary and age-related holistemia, which has a negative impact on human intelligence.

Statistics show that the average patient with hunger dysphrenia is a man aged 39–45 years. According to European and American reports, 0.2% of the population suffers from holodysphria. This is due to the lack of medical attention and their incompetence regarding existing morbidity studies. Sometimes the fact of simple ignoring of symptoms on the part of the medical community, ignorance of professional literature and diagnostic reference books is striking. For example, a doctor may pay attention, but not deign to give the patient a laboratory diagnosis of hunger dysphrenia. The causes of the disease have not been precisely studied, but forms of deviations are known - dependence on alcoholic beverages and tobacco, living in an environmentally polluted area, use of illegal drugs, prolonged depression. Diagnosis of a holodysphrenic disease is based on such criteria as continuous fantasizing, non-stop speech, delusions of persecution, and lack of criticism of one’s own behavior. Psychiatrists, using tests, research methods, and various methods for determining the state of thinking and speech, determine the signs of the disease. The behavior and lifestyle of patients are assessed, and the psycho-emotional state at the time of testing is assessed. Diagnosis is rare
