Chorion Bezvorsinchaty

Chorion smooth - part of the chorionic membrane of the fetus, consisting of smooth syncytiotrophoblastic villi. It is one of the parts of the membrane of the fetus and is located under the amniotic membrane. The space between the upper surface of the placenta and the inner part of the smooth chorion is called the amnion. Through the villi of the choriosmooth, intervillous spaces are formed, filled with maternal blood. One of the complications of rupture of the chorionic membrane is placental abruption. Normally, the smooth chorion should separate from the uterine wall spontaneously at 37-38 weeks of pregnancy.
