Spermatic Funiculi Hydrocele

Hydrocele Funicularis Spermatica (hydrocele of the spermatic cord) is a congenital defect that is manifested by an enlargement of the scrotum due to the accumulation of serous fluid inside the membrane of the spermatic cord. Hydrocele can be either unilateral or bilateral. This causes stretching of the membranes and disruption of the outflow
